Well I have decided to try and change my protein intake. In doing so, I think I am going to try a raw vegan diet for at least 30 days. Not sure when exactly I am going to start. Most likely 100% by October 8, 2010.
But for today, I made a smoothie with mixed berries, chopped banana's, a small squeeze of Agave, Spinach and raw flax seeds.
I ate my entire smoothie, and 1/4 of my normal coffee intake.
My brain feels alert and I am not tired. So far so good.
